Letter to Recorder on why claim made by Council and NHS Leaders is baffling

Dear Sir or Madam

The statement by Council leaders and NHS managers to say King George A&E is safe on the BHRUT website published on 1st April is baffling.

The future of King George A&E will be decided by the Secretary of State for Health and/or the East London Health and Care  Partnership (ELHCP). As neither Mr Hancock nor the  ELHCP support BHRUT's claim we will continue to campaign to keep our A&E open.
